On July 16, 2026, Data443 Risk Mitigation, Inc. entered into a Compensation Agreement with Guangzhou Xiaoyu DiDa Technology Co., Ltd (XYDD) regarding the termination of a prior business combination agreement between Four Leaf Acquisition Corporation and XYDD. The Company agreed to issue a $2,000,000 promissory note to XYDD, payable in two equal installments within 90 and 120 days following the Date of Deal Close. The note carries a 15% annual simple interest rate if payments are delayed.
