Atkore Inc. entered into a settlement agreement on June 3, 2026, with the End User Plaintiffs in the *In re PVC Pipe Antitrust Litigation*. Under the agreement, the company will pay an aggregate of $50 million into a settlement fund to resolve all claims asserted by the class.
