ATSATS Corp
ATS Corporation reported a net loss of C$5.0 million for the quarter ended September 27, 2026, compared to net income of C$33.6 million in the prior-year period. Revenues declined 8.6% year-over-year to C$665.8 million due to lower volumes and mix, partially offset by growth in energy and services. Adjusted earnings from operations fell 27.4% to C$57.4 million, with margins contracting to 8.6%. Order bookings increased 12.7% to C$827 million, driven by life sciences strength, while order backlog stood at C$2,009 million. Management cited temporary delays in non-life sciences orders related to Section 338 tariffs and timing shifts as factors impacting fiscal 2027 expectations. The company raised its third-quarter revenue guidance to C$640-680 million and reiterated a long-term adjusted earnings from operations margin target of 15%. ATS Corporation is an industry leader in planning, designing, building, commissioning and servicing automated manufacturing and assembly systems.
