Aura Minerals declares $0.72/share dividend, reports Q3 net revenues of US$386M

Aura Minerals Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.72 per share and reported third-quarter 2026 net revenues of US$386 million, up 15% quarter-over-quarter on higher gold prices averaging US$4,202 per ounce. Adjusted EBITDA reached US$237 million, while production hit a record 96,000 gold equivalent ounces (GEO), driven by strong performance at Borborema and Aranzazu. The company also announced a US$200 million syndicated loan facility to support growth projects and signed an agreement to acquire its mining fleet at three sites from January 2027. Aura Minerals Inc. is a gold producer operating mines in Brazil, Honduras, and Guatemala.
