AeroVironment increases revolving credit facility by $100M to $450M via Sixth Amendment

AVAVAeroVironment Inc

AeroVironment entered into a Sixth Amendment to its Credit Agreement, increasing aggregate revolving commitments from $350 million to $450 million. The amendment also reallocated commitments among lenders, adding BMO Bank N.A. as a new lender, and enhanced letter of credit flexibility following a prior Fifth Amendment that raised the sublimit to $150 million. The facility matures on October 4, 2029, and remains secured by substantially all company assets. AeroVironment designs and manufactures unmanned aircraft systems for military and commercial applications.
