ArriVent BioPharma reports 44.8% ORR for ADC ARR-217 in colorectal cancer patients

ArriVent BioPharma announced initial Phase 1 data for its cadherin-17-targeted antibody-drug conjugate, ARR-217 (MRG007), presented at the ESMO Congress 2026. At a dose of 6 mg/kg every three weeks, the drug achieved a 44.8% objective response rate in heavily pretreated colorectal cancer patients and a 93.1% disease control rate. The treatment was generally well-tolerated with no grade 5 adverse events observed. ArriVent plans to advance ARR-217 into a Phase 1b dose optimization study, with further data expected in 2027.
