Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. announced a proposed expansion of Korea's sovereign AI factory infrastructure, with Brookfield plans to fund up to $9 billion for AI infrastructure. The expansion will grow the initial NVIDIA DSX AI factory deployment at NAVER's GAK Sejong data center from 55 megawatts to 200 megawatts by 2028. NVIDIA plans to invest $1 billion into NAVER Corp. Brookfield is a global investment firm that manages assets across infrastructure, energy, private equity, real estate, and credit.
