BCB Bancorp appoints Patricia Schaubeck as EVP Chief Legal Officer; adds Steven Gallotta and Denny Kim to Board

BCB Bancorp appointed Patricia M. Schaubeck as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary effective October 7, 2026, as part of a C-Suite reorganization. Ms. Schaubeck brings prior general counsel experience from Dime Community Bancshares and Sun Bancorp, with an annual base salary of $444,600. The Board also appointed Steven E. Gallotta and Denny Kim as independent directors to serve until the 2027 annual meeting. Mr. Gallotta joins the Audit Committee, leveraging over 35 years of financial reporting experience at KPMG. Mr. Kim serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, bringing investment expertise from Whale Point Capital and WL Ross & Co. BCB Bancorp operates as a community bank holding company providing retail and commercial banking services in New Jersey and New York.
