Boise Cascade reported third-quarter 2026 net income of $36.4 million, or $1.04 diluted earnings per share, compared to $21.8 million, or $0.58 per share, in the prior-year period. Consolidated sales rose 8% to $1.8 billion from $1.7 billion. Adjusted EBITDA increased 32% to $98.5 million. The Building Materials Distribution segment saw a 7% sales increase to $1.67 billion, while Wood Products sales grew 16% to $461.2 million as plywood prices rose significantly. On October 29, the board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share, payable December 16, 2026, to record holders on December 1, 2026. Boise Cascade is one of the largest U.S. wholesale distributors of building materials and a leading manufacturer of engineered wood products and plywood in North America.
