Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. III appointed Constantine Dakolias to its Board of Directors, effective July 20, 2026. Mr. Dakolias, an independent director, will also serve as a member of the audit committee. He brings over 30 years of experience in investment, credit, and asset management, including a 25-year tenure at Fortress Investment Group where he served as Co-Chairman. The company and Mr. Dakolias entered into a joinder to a letter agreement and an indemnification agreement. Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. III is a special purpose acquisition company.
