On July 14, 2026, BETA Technologies, Inc. was notified by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) that the Security Control Agreement (SCA) dated June 15, 2025, has been terminated. The SCA was established to mitigate foreign ownership, control, or influence risks stemming from QIA Industrials Holding, LLC's prior board representation. Following the removal of QIA from the Company's Board of Directors, the DCSA determined the agreement was no longer necessary. BETA Technologies, Inc. develops electric aviation technology.
