Bunge Global appoints Ignacio Walker as Chief Legal Officer; Joseph Podwika steps down

Bunge Global SA announced that Joseph Podwika will step down as Chief Legal Officer effective November 9, 2026. He will be succeeded by Ignacio Walker and transition to Senior Advisor to the CEO until his retirement on November 5, 2027. In this new role, Podwika's annual base salary will decrease to $240,000 starting January 1, 2027, and he will forfeit eligibility for the 2027 annual incentive plan bonus and equity awards.
