BJ's Restaurants, Inc. appointed Christopher W. Brandt and James D. White as independent members of its Board of Directors, effective September 3, 2026. Mr. Brandt joins the Governance and Nominating Committee, bringing extensive marketing leadership experience from Chipotle Mexican Grill, Bloomin’ Brands, and Taco Bell. Mr. White serves on the Compensation Committee, contributing his background as former CEO of Jamba Juice and current board roles at CAVA Group and The Honest Company. Consequently, the authorized number of directors increased from eight to ten pursuant to the company's bylaws. BJ’s Restaurants operates a national casual dining chain with over 200 locations across 31 states.
