Reports Q3 net loss of $13.9M and cuts full-year Adjusted EBITDA guidance to $495M-$502M
BKDBrookdale Senior Living Inc.
Brookdale Senior Living Inc. reported a third-quarter 2026 net loss of $13.9 million, narrowing significantly from the $114.7 million loss in the prior-year period. Adjusted EBITDA rose 12.0% to $124.3 million, driven by a 7.5% year-over-year increase in consolidated revenue per available unit (RevPAR) and improved occupancy of 83.1%. The company also announced it completed the acquisition of 17 communities for $157.4 million and agreed to purchase an additional 30 leased communities for $290.0 million. Reflecting slower late-quarter occupancy growth and a fire at its Clinton, Mississippi community, Brookdale revised its full-year 2026 Adjusted EBITDA guidance down to $495 million-$502 million from the previous range of $502 million-$516 million. The company operates senior living communities across the United States.
