On September 18, 2026, Blend Labs appointed Lina Rivas as its new Head of Accounting and principal accounting officer, effective September 21, 2026. Jason Ream continues to serve as the principal financial officer. Ms. Rivas brings prior experience from Veritone, LegalZoom, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her compensation package includes a $300,000 annual base salary, a target cash bonus of $75,000, and 530,000 restricted stock units with a vesting schedule starting after one year. This is not material.
