BellRing Brands, Inc. appointed Michael Axelrod as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors, effective July 29, 2026. Axelrod succeeds Darcy H. Davenport, who will retire from the CEO role and transition to an advisory position on the same date. Axelrod, formerly CEO of Snak King, will receive an annual base salary of $1,000,000, a target annual cash bonus of 100% of his base salary, and a $4,750,000 equity award under the 2019 Long Term Incentive Plan. The appointment includes a severance agreement providing for 2.0x to 3.0x salary and bonus coverage depending on change in control circumstances, alongside a transaction bonus agreement.
