As of October 26, 2026, Banco Santander-Chile completed the full redemption of its USD 700 million Additional Tier 1 (AT1) perpetual bonds originally issued in October 2021. The redemption was financed through the proceeds from a new issuance of AT1 perpetual bonds placed on October 21, 2026.
