Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. announced a leadership transition during its June 30, 2026, Board of Directors meeting. Mario Roberto Opice Leão resigned from his roles as Chief Executive Officer, member of the Board of Directors, and member of the Innovation and Technology Committee, effective immediately. Gilson Finkelsztain will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer on July 1, 2026, following the fulfillment of conditions established during his election on May 8, 2026.
