Bitdeer Technologies Group announced a 16-year colocation lease for its Tydal, Norway campus with Volta Tydal AS, a subsidiary of Volta. The agreement covers 121 IT megawatts configured for NVIDIA GPUs and generates approximately $4.7 billion in contracted revenue over the base term, with potential to reach $8.0 billion via an 8-year extension. Bitdeer retains 100% ownership and faces remaining capital expenditures of roughly $500 million, intending to raise debt to fund growth. Volta’s obligations are backed by approximately $1.3 billion in letters of credit from J.P. Morgan affiliates. The company operates as an AI cloud service provider and infrastructure developer.
