B2Gold Corp. provided an operational update for its Goose Mine and announced positive exploration results at the Back River Gold District in Nunavut, Canada. The company commissioned a new mobile crushing plant in August 2026 to supplement capacity while repairs follow an April fire, achieving an average throughput of 3,000 tonnes per day (tpd). Phase 1 upgrades to the fixed crushing plant are on track for mid-October completion at an estimated cost of $11 million, raising sustained capacity to 3,200 tpd. The company remains on track for its 2026 annual production guidance of 170,000 to 200,000 ounces of gold from Goose Mine. Exploration highlights include high-grade intersections at the Llama and Nuvuyak zones, confirming mineralization continuity and identifying a new discovery named Tattuk. The 2026 Back River exploration program has a $51 million budget and is 75% complete. B2Gold Corp. operates international gold mines in Canada, Mali, Namibia, and the Philippines.
