BUUU subsidiary Brightray signs LOI for first U.S. 10MW AI data center project

Brightray Science Inc., a majority-owned subsidiary of BUUU Group Limited, entered into a non-binding letter of intent with a U.S.-based infrastructure partner to deploy a 10MW prefabricated data center in Indiana. The agreement targets delivery within one year and is designed to support high-density AI compute deployment, including compatibility with NVIDIA GB300 platforms. Brightray intends to issue a purchase order by November 15, 2026, subject to final commercial terms and definitive contracts. This marks the company's first project in the United States as it expands into the global data center market. BUUU Group Limited operates in the industrialized AI data center delivery sector through its subsidiary Brightray and also provides MICE solutions.
