Buenaventura announced 2Q26 production and sales results. Total gold production including associated companies was 37,266 ounces, and silver was 3,523,749 ounces. The company reported average realized prices for the quarter of $4,342/oz for gold and $89.52/oz for silver. Management revised 2026 guidance for several operations: Yumpag and Tambomayo guidance increased due to higher grades and exploration results, Orcopampa guidance was revised for higher grades, and San Gabriel guidance was revised downward due to tailings-management constraints and metallurgical recovery rates. Additionally, the company received approval in 3Q26 to increase the Yumpag mining rate to 1,200 tonnes per day. The company is Peru's largest publicly traded precious and base metals mining company.
