Buenaventura reports Q3 gold production of 37.4k oz and silver sales of 3.5M oz

Peru's largest precious metals miner reported third-quarter 2026 direct operations gold output of 29,009 ounces and total gold production including associated companies of 37,375 ounces. Silver production reached 3.26 million ounces across all interests, with sales volumes totaling 3.53 million ounces. The company also produced 4,270 metric tons of lead, 6,938 metric tons of zinc, and 13,602 metric tons of copper in direct operations. Management noted that San Gabriel gold production fell short due to tailings filtration constraints, prompting a downward revision of its full-year guidance, while Julcani's silver guidance was adjusted for mix changes. Coimolache, Orcopampa, Tambomayo, and La Zanja remained on track with projections. Buenaventura engages in the exploration, development, mining, processing, and sale of gold, silver, and base metals through wholly-owned operations and joint ventures in Peru.
