CACI changes fiscal year end to December 31 and updates bylaws

The Board of Directors adopted amendments to the Company’s By-Laws and changed the fiscal year-end from June 30 to December 31. The company will use a transition period from July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 and intends to file a transition report on Form 10-KT covering that period. The bylaws were amended to fix the fiscal year as changeable only by the Board, set annual meeting dates at the Board's discretion, and update shareholder nomination notice provisions.
