CBRE agrees to acquire Onnec Group for £460M ($610M) plus up to £300M earnout

CBRE Group, Inc. announced a definitive agreement to acquire Onnec Group Limited, a leading provider of data center infrastructure services in Europe and Asia Pacific. The initial purchase price is £460 million (approximately $610 million) in cash, with an additional multi-year earnout of up to £300 million (approximately $400 million) contingent on Onnec meeting specific growth thresholds. Onnec will operate within CBRE’s Critical Infrastructure Services line and is expected to be immediately accretive to core earnings per share. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close around the end of 2026.
