On September 29, 2026, Celularity Inc. appointed Naveen Jain, founder and CEO of Viome Life Sciences, to its Board of Directors pursuant to board designation rights granted in connection with a previously announced September 2026 financing. His appointment becomes effective upon the expiration of the waiting period following the filing of an Information Statement under Section 14(f) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Concurrently, Diane Parks resigned from the Board, effective at the same time, with no disagreements cited regarding operations or policies. Jain joins a newly constituted board alongside Chairman Robert J. Hariri, Peter H. Diamandis, and Philip A. Barach, bringing a consumer-focused perspective to regenerative therapies.
