Central Puerto sells AbraSilver stake for C$228.4M, declares $164 per share dividend

Central Puerto sold its entire stake in AbraSilver for C$228.4 million, realizing a gain of C$192.7 million on an original investment of C$35.7 million. The company declared an extraordinary cash dividend of $164.00 per share, funded by reversing the Optional Reserve by ARS 247.3 billion. Shareholders of record as of September 18, 2026, will receive payment on September 25, 2026. Foreign shareholders may elect to receive dividends in USD via MULC or in Pesos. Central Puerto operates in the electric power generation and distribution industry.
