Churchill Downs appoints Michael Tucker to Board of Directors

The Board appointed Michael Tucker as a Class II Director effective immediately to fill a vacancy created by an increase in the size of the Board, bringing the total membership to eight. Mr. Tucker serves as Founder and Managing Partner of Orvieto Partners, L.P., with over 30 years of investment management experience. His term expires at the 2028 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Churchill Downs Incorporated operates live and historical racing entertainment venues, online wagering businesses, and regional casino gaming properties.
