Choice Hotels reports Q3 net income of $58M, raises full-year RevPAR outlook

CHHChoice Hotels International Inc

Choice Hotels International reported third-quarter net income of $58 million, or $1.28 per diluted share, a 68% decline from the prior year's $180 million due to a $100 million joint venture gain recognized in 2025 and current-year termination charges. Adjusted EBITDA rose 1% to $193 million, while U.S. RevPAR increased 3.8%. The company raised its full-year U.S. and global RevPAR outlooks but lowered net income guidance to reflect higher reimbursable expenses and acquisition-related costs. Choice Hotels is a leading global lodging franchisor operating an asset-light model.
