Charter Communications entered into a new employment agreement with Adam Ray, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, effective January 19, 2026. The agreement includes an annual base salary of at least $750,000, a target annual cash bonus of 160% of his base salary, and annual equity awards of at least $4,250,000 starting in 2027. Additionally, Mr. Ray was granted a $500,000 top-up equity award on January 20, 2026, which will cliff vest in three years.
