Earnings available for distribution (EAD) were $32 million, or $0.38 per adjusted diluted common share. Subsequent to quarter-end, the company completed an inaugural $291 million Prism securitization backed by HomeXpress-originated loans. Chimera Investment Corporation is a diversified, internally managed REIT that acquires, manages, finances and originates residential mortgage and real estate-related assets.
