Chatham Lodging Reports Q3 AFFO per Share Surges 31% to $0.46 as RevPAR Rises Over 8%

Chatham Lodging Trust reported third-quarter 2026 results showing a 31% increase in Adjusted Funds From Operations (AFFO) per diluted share to $0.46, up from $0.35 in the prior year period. Net income applicable to common shareholders more than doubled to $5 million, or $0.11 per diluted share, compared to $2 million last year. Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) surged over 8% to $161, driven by a 390 basis point increase in occupancy to 83% and a 310 basis point rise in Average Daily Rate (ADR) to $194 across its 39 comparable hotels. Adjusted EBITDA grew 21% to $32 million, while advanced GOP margins expanded by 110 basis points to 45%. The company also declared a quarterly common dividend of $0.10 per share.
