Chatham Lodging Trust appointed William P. (Liam) Brown to its Board of Trustees effective September 10, 2026. Mr. Brown is a retired executive who served as Group President for the United States and Canada at Marriott International until June 2026, overseeing more than 6,000 hotels. He will receive a one-time grant of 5,000 restricted common shares plus standard board compensation.
