Climb Bio reports budoprutug Phase 1b data showing over 90% B-cell depletion and platelet count increase in ITP patients

Climb Bio, Inc. announced initial Phase 1b data for budoprutug, an anti-CD19 monoclonal antibody, in adults with primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). In the 250 mg dose cohort, B-cell depletion averaged over 90% by Week 4 and mean platelet count increased by 111,000 platelets/uL at Week 24. The drug was generally well tolerated with no serious adverse events or treatment discontinuations.
