Climb Bio announced initial Phase 2 PrisMN trial data for budoprutug, an anti-CD19 monoclonal antibody, in patients with primary membranous nephropathy (pMN). At Week 12, the 200 mg cohort demonstrated a mean PLA2R antibody reduction of 70%, with 38% of patients achieving immunologic remission. The 600 mg cohort showed deeper B-cell depletion compared to the lower dose. A separate case study in minimal change disease reported three-year steroid-free remission following treatment.
