Comtech appoints Christopher D. Maloney to its Board of Directors

The Board of Comtech Telecommunications Corp. appointed Christopher D. Maloney as an independent director, effective October 1, 2026. Mr. Maloney brings extensive leadership experience in public safety and mission-critical communications technology, having founded TriTech Software Systems and served as CEO of SOMA Global. His appointment satisfies obligations under a director agreement with Magnetar Financial LLC and supports the company's strategic transition to focus on public safety following the anticipated sale of its Satellite & Space Communications segment. Mr. Maloney will serve on the Nominating and Governance Committee and the Strategic Review Committee.
