CNH Industrial N.V. reported second quarter 2026 results with consolidated revenues of $4.8 billion, a 2% increase year-over-year. Net income declined to $141 million from $217 million in the prior year period, resulting in diluted earnings per share of $0.11 compared to $0.17 previously. Adjusted net income was $161 million against $216 million in Q2 2025. The company returned $0.2 billion to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases during the quarter. Management narrowed its full-year 2026 outlook, forecasting adjusted diluted EPS between $0.41 and $0.46 and free cash flow of Industrial Activities between $200 million and $400 million. CNH Industrial N.V. manufactures agricultural and construction equipment.
