CNH Industrial N.V. announced the retirement of Chief Technology Officer Jay Schroeder effective January 1, 2027, and Agriculture Chief Commercial Officer Stefano Pampalone effective September 1, 2026. Both executives will remain in advisory capacities. Eric Shuman will succeed Schroeder as CTO, while Chun Woytera, Carlo Materazzo, and Markus Müller will assume expanded responsibilities following Pampalone's departure.
