Collective Mining Ltd. announced its participation in Colombia's Energy Communities initiative through a community-scale solar power project for the Guamal Afro-Colombian Community in Supía, Caldas. The company is partnering with local councils and government entities to install approximately 600 kilowatts peak of solar generation capacity, expected to benefit around 2,000 residents across 420 households by providing reliable renewable energy, reducing electricity costs, and creating local employment opportunities. This initiative aims to serve as a model for connecting additional communities with renewable energy solutions in the region.
