On July 22, 2026, The Vita Coco Company, Inc. completed the acquisition of Copra Inc., a producer of super-premium Thai Nam Hom coconut water. The aggregate closing consideration was $175 million, consisting of $140,000,210.59 in cash and 467,071 shares of Vita Coco common stock. Additionally, Vita Coco will pay an earnout between $45 million and $100 million in 2029 based on Copra's 2028 gross profit. Copra expects full-year 2026 net sales to exceed $100 million. The acquisition provides Vita Coco entry into the super-premium cold-chain segment and adds a production facility in Thailand. The company expects the transaction to be accretive to Adjusted EBITDA margins post-integration. Vita Coco operates in the beverage industry and sells coconut water and protein-infused water products.
