Compass Diversified Holdings entered into a Settlement Agreement and Plan Support Agreement with Lugano Diamonds & Jewelry Inc. and its related entities to resolve claims stemming from fraudulent actions by Lugano's former CEO. Under the settlement, the company will receive 34.79% of net proceeds from Lugano's inventory disposition, tax refunds, and insurance, as well as 45% of proceeds from a liquidation trust's pursuit of third-party claims and 25% of proceeds from other litigation claims.
