Co-Diagnostics entered into a material transfer agreement with ReadyGo Diagnostics in August 2026 to evaluate the compatibility of ReadyGo's sample collection and preparation technologies with Co-Diagnostics' Co-Dx PCR platform. Under this preliminary arrangement, ReadyGo will provide sampling materials for feasibility studies aimed at streamlining the sample-to-result workflow for decentralized testing environments. The agreement does not obligate either party to enter into future development or commercial arrangements, and there is no assurance that these evaluations will result in additional agreements. Co-Diagnostics operates in the molecular diagnostics industry, developing point-of-care PCR testing platforms.
