Co-Diagnostics, Inc. announced that Brian Brown departed as Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer effective September 2, 2026. Daniel Bohrer was appointed to serve as the new principal financial officer and principal accounting officer. In connection with this appointment, Mr. Bohrer's annual salary increased from $225,000 to $255,000. Co-Diagnostics operates in the healthcare diagnostics industry, developing molecular diagnostic tests.
