The Cooper Companies reported fiscal third quarter revenue of $1.066 billion, up 1% year-over-year, with GAAP diluted EPS of $2.24 driven by a $307.2 million discrete tax benefit from the favorable conclusion of a U.K. tax examination. Non-GAAP diluted EPS was $1.15, and free cash flow increased 66% to $273.0 million. The company also updated its full-year fiscal 2026 guidance, projecting total revenue between $4.229 billion and $4.252 billion with non-GAAP diluted EPS of $4.51 to $4.55. Concurrently, the Board completed a strategic review, deciding to retain CooperSurgical rather than sell it, and expanded the share repurchase authorization from $2 billion to $3 billion.
