Cytek Biosciences, Inc. entered into a severance agreement with former Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary Valerie Barnett following her termination on June 29, 2026. The agreement includes a one-time lump sum severance payment of $365,775.12 and COBRA premium coverage, with enhanced benefits if a Change in Control occurs within three months of her separation.
