Coterra Energy Inc. appointed Gregory F. Conaway as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer and an executive officer, effective September 22, 2025. Conaway succeeds Todd M. Roemer, who is retiring and will serve as a Special Advisor to the CFO until the company's 2025 Annual Report is filed.
