On June 18, 2026, Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. entered into a Capital on Demand Sales Agreement with JonesTrading Institutional Services LLC. Under this agreement, the company may sell shares of its common stock with an aggregate offering price of up to $25,000,000. The company is not obligated to sell any shares and will pay the sales agent a commission of up to 3.0% of the gross sales price.
