Chevron Corporation amended its bylaws to modernize officer titles and provide the Board with greater flexibility in creating and assigning officer roles. The company also updated its executive leadership list, announcing the new appointments of Robert C. Neff, Jr. as President of Upstream and Andrew B. Walz as President of Downstream, Midstream and Chemicals.
