Curtiss-Wright Corporation announced that its Board appointed Kevin M. Rayment as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2027. Mr. Rayment succeeds Lynn M. Bamford, who is retiring from the CEO role to become Executive Chair. The compensation package for Mr. Rayment includes an annual base salary of $1,100,000, a target bonus opportunity of 125% of base salary, and a 2027 long-term incentive award with a target value of $5,225,000. Ms. Bamford has served as CEO since January 2021 and Chair since May 2022. Curtiss-Wright Corporation is a global provider of engineered products and solutions primarily to the Aerospace & Defense markets, as well as Commercial Nuclear Power and Industrial sectors.
