Helus Pharma co-founders Eric So and Paul Glavine step down from executive roles, Mark Lawson appointed independent Chair

Co-founders Eric So and Paul Glavine have stepped down from their respective executive and consulting positions at Helus Pharma Inc., though they will continue to serve on the Board of Directors. Mr. So previously served as President and Executive Chairman, while Mr. Glavine was Chief Growth Officer. The board appointed Mark Lawson, a private equity and investment banking executive who has served on the board since November 2020, as independent Chair effective immediately. Mr. So received the honorary title of Chairman Emeritus. Helus Pharma is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing novel serotonergic agonists for mental health conditions.
